I needed to buy a new truck. I was really unsure who to trust. I asked my buddy Nick for advice. He told me to go to LeadCar GMC. He told me that Chris Asaro's team are very nice people. I am really glad I did! From the moment I walked into building, everyone was nice and friendly. I did not feel like I was an inconvenience. My salesperson Bruce Carpenter was amazing! He was very kind, patient, informative, and answered all my questions. I bought my first GMC Sierra 1500 SLT truck. I love it! I highly recommend LeadCar GMC for all your truck/car/SUV needs! With all gratitude, I sincerely want to thank Chris Asaro's team, especially Bruce Carpenter at LeadCar GMC for making my truck buying experience that surpassed all my expectations. 1st class customer service!

I wanted to share my experience purchasing a Chevy from Lead GMC in Utica. The sale itself went smoothly and the staff were helpful and pleasant to work with. Yet just 39 days later, major engine trouble left the vehicle undriveable. When I reached out, the managers assured me they were in my corner and would do what they could to help if I could arrange to have it shipped to them, since the 30-day limited warranty had already expired. They spoke of tweaking things on their end to make it easier, but offered no concrete guarantee of what they could actually accomplish. I had entered this transaction expecting a measure of good faith. A business deal, in my view, carries a certain honor beyond the letter of the warranty. Once that short window closed, the support I was promised seemed to vanish, leaving me to bear the full burden of a costly repair I could not have anticipated so soon after purchase. For a customer who counts on a dealership to stand behind its vehicles, that feels like a breach of the spirit of the agreement. I would not recommend buying from them.

My experience with GMC Lead Car was amazing. Tim was a tremendous help. Everything was done prior to my pick up of my car. He had all the paperwork done with the bank and my salesman Louis had all of his paperwork done as well. Louis contacted my insurance company and all that was done before I even walked into the dealership. I walked in and signed papers, and was ready to leave with my new car. It was honestly the best experience buying a car. I would 100% recommend GMC Lead Car in Utica, NY. If your buying a car from there, ask for Tim & Louis.

Doesn't get any better. Ray and Aaron we're both amazing, helpful and both down to earth. There's no playing games with these guys like other dealerships. They tell you like it is and what they can and cannot do right from the start. They follow through with what they tell you at every point. Last time I dealt with Ray he was a sales associate, now he's the sales manager. Obviously, upper management knows he is a good person and will help lead this business to success. Exactly why I'm willing to drive a long distance to deal with these guys rather than my dealers nearby that are very different. Even the finance guy was awesome. Usually when I get to this point at other dealers I wound up aggravated at this step because the finance managers are usually way to pushy and try to sell you every warranty under the sun and anything else they can sell. This guy was no BS, to the point, explained my options, asked if I wanted any warranties once, not seven different warranties six different ways and moved on to keep things moving smooth to expedite things. I wish other dealerships could take lessons from this team.

I had started my local purchase process on February 2. My dealer was Nicholas Sanchez. He was absolutely fantastic. He made the process very easy and smooth. He had all the information that I absolutely needed answered. Every question was answered. He is a very friendly person. Highly recommend lead car and ask for Nick when you’re ready to make your next purchase. !!
